Alice Damasceno has been serving as Lenovo’s Director of Corporate Citizenship and ESG Communication for Latin America since January 2020. Currently, Alice is the Director of Corporate Citizenship at Lenovo Latin America. She also oversees employee engagement across Lenovo’s business units in the region and manages ESG communications for Latin America. Although we initially launched in two countries, our goal was to develop methodologies created in Latin America for Latin America, with the potential for replication throughout the region. Our goals should be to create our own methodologies from Latin America for Latin America, and to strengthen smaller organisations in the process.
