The restrictions are scheduled to remain in place throughout this period, allowing only pedestrian and dismounted cyclist access through the closure area. Victoria Road is set for closure from October 13 to October 26, as Electricity North West Limited carries out utility works. Similar to Parade Street, pedestrian and dismounted cyclist access will not be permitted through the closure. Wilkie Road will also see a closure from October 8 to October 14 for utility works by Electricity North West. Unlike the previous closures, pedestrian and dismounted cyclist access will be maintained through this closure.
