The crash was reported just after 3 a.m. on I-10 East before Hardy and McKee Street. Houston TranStar cameras show the big rig overturned, and several eastbound lanes were shut down as a result. An ABC13 photojournalist on scene says the truck was moved to a nearby ramp, but the eastbound lanes are still closed.
