With the launch of an Integration Agent, payments company Nuvei is using AI to expedite client onboarding by cutting connection times to its international payment systems from weeks to a matter of hours. The business refers to the launch as the start of its “agentic commerce” plan, which aims to improve and streamline intricate payment processes using AI agents. A wider release of the Integration Agent is anticipated later this year, but it is now available in early access to a limited number of merchant partners.
