A Cork city development company has scooped a major prize for their contribution to the huge South Docklands regeneration project. The 'Kennedy Quay Mixed Use Development,' designed by Tom Phillips & Associates, is among some of the best-planned property projects in the country this year. Tom Phillips & Associates are the planners behind one of the most prominent projects in the South Docks right now - the redevelopment of the Odlums Building. An additional building will be connected to the Odlums building with a courtyard and house over 100 apartments. Most importantly, the Irish Planning Awards are designed to inspire innovation throughout the planning sector and reflect the level of planning achievement across the island of Ireland.
