Larmin, has announced that in February 2026, the Armed Forces of Liberia (AFL) will carry out a nationwide recruitment process for 650 new personnel. Dr. Larmin stated that the initiative has been approved by President Joseph Boakai, Commander-in-Chief of the AFL, and will target Liberians between the ages of 18 and 35. Speaking at the Ministry of Information’s weekly press briefing on Tuesday, Dr. Larmin outlined the eligibility criteria for applicants. This recruitment drive aligns with national security strategies and the government’s budgetary plans,” Dr. Larmin said. Applications and further details on the recruitment process will be made available through official AFL channels in the coming weeks.
