Ed Garratt OBE will lead the NHS Norfolk and Suffolk Integrated Care Board (ICB), which is due to launch next April following the planned merger of the Suffolk and North East Essex and Norfolk and Waveney ICBs. Mr Garratt said: "I am honoured to lead our new organisation and look forward to supporting the excellent work of our hard-working staff to improve health outcomes across Norfolk and Suffolk. "Our ambition is to create an outstanding organisation that drives, with our partners, meaningful improvements for the communities we serve." Professor Will Pope, chairman designate of the NHS Norfolk and Suffolk ICB, praised Mr Garratt’s "impressive track record." He said: "Both Ed and I look forward to driving with our staff and partners improved health outcomes for our communities in Norfolk and Suffolk."
