Some pet owners said they were "staying away" from the water meadows after fatalities were reported in August.
It was unclear how the dogs had died, but Environment Agency tested for Blue Green algae to see if it was present.
A spokesperson for the authority said there had not been anymore reports since the incidents took place in August.
"We have not had any more reports from Sudbury meadows," a spokesperson said.
Blue Green algae can be "highly poisonous or even fatal to dogs".
