Eatery owner excited to keep 'East End tradition alive'

T's Traditional Pie and Mash shut up shop in Upper Orwell Street, in Ipswich, on Friday after nine months in the store. At the same time, the traditional pie and mash eatery announced a second venture in Bury St Edmunds. Owner Tony Bayliss said: “We’re really excited to be bringing proper London pie and mash to Bury St Edmunds. The business had originally teased a stall in the Bury St Edmunds market before announcing the shop share with CBD Brothers. In a post on social media, T's Traditional Pie and Mash said: "We’re hopin’ to open the doors by Tuesday 4th November - so keep your mince pies peeled for updates."
