The developers of the new Sizewell C nuclear power station are funding the project, delivered in partnership with Active Cycling Projects, which supports cycling, with the aim to provide an affordable and eco-friendly way of travelling around Leiston. The bikes are part of community-led initiative Net Zero Leiston's Pedal to Zero scheme to promote sustainable travel and improve physical and mental wellbeing.
