Traffic monitoring site Inrix is now reporting 'long delays' on affected roads, saying: "M4 Spur and Heathrow Tunnel Southbound closed, long delays due to car fire from M4 (Heathrow / Uxbridge) to Terminals 2 and 3. "The fire is in the car park by Terminal 3, now closed back to the M4."
