Oleksandr Usyk has remained a puzzle to be solved at heavyweight since his divisional bow; however, a rather leftfield contender believes he’s the one to do so. With his own immediate future in the ring none clearer in recent months amid a persistent back injury, Oleksandr Usyk has once more put his status as undisputed heavyweight champion on the line. Urged to fight the mandatory WBO challenger next, Usyk is expected to share the ring with either Joseph Parker or emerging British force Fabio Wardley. However, another British challenger has emerged in his bid to enter title contention, boldly vowing to do what his relative failed to do and topple the Usyk empire.
