CDI Contractors, LLC announced Monday (Sept. 22) a series of leadership changes that included Mike Preston, former Arkansas Secretary of Commerce, being named CEO of the construction company owned by Little Rock-based Dillard’s. Beach previously was the vice president and chief operating officer during his career at CDI. Semans has worked for CDI for 15 years, most recently as executive vice president and chief operating officer. As chief operating officer, he will oversee CDI’s internal business processes. “We believe we have assembled a great leadership team at CDI with Mike, Jonathan and Matt.
