The purple-coloured Crown Royal Rig, an 18-wheeler hauling two XXL Double Wood casks, will make stops at NFL games at 10 US cities this fall. This longstanding initiative, in partnership with Packages from Home, provides active military personnel overseas with wellness essentials packed in Crown Royal bags. NFL fans can also spot the Crown Royal Rig this fall in New Orleans, Louisiana; Green Bay, Wisconsin; Houston and Dallas, Texas; and Jacksonville, Florida. In August, Diageo announced its plans to shut down its Crown Royal bottling facility in Ontario by February 2026 as part of its cost-saving Accelerate programme.
