The Red Wine Cask Edition was created in collaboration with Château Mont-Redon of Châteauneuf-du-Pape from the Rhone wine region in the Southeast of France. First launched in 2023, the Cask Curation Series celebrates The Dalmore’s innovative approach to cask maturation. The three single malt whiskies within this edition of Cask Curation Series are, in my opinion, the pinnacle of red wine cask curation.”The 24-year-old whisky is bottled at 40.7% ABV and features aromas of honey, sweet citrus, hints of orchard fruits, and delicate spices. Earlier this year, The Dalmore launched its second edition of the Portfolio Series for the global travel retail market.
