Wong explained that SJKP acts as a government-backed guarantee for individuals with unstable income, enabling them to access housing loans from commercial banks. Before that, the scheme was not actively offered in Sabah,” he said after a press conference on Wednesday to announce Shareda Nite 2025. So we are asking the government to strictly allocate a portion of the SJKP fund only for Sabah in Budget 2026.
