Foreign developers encouraged to join Shareda to avoid project failure in Sabah

“If you really look at the statistics, compared to Peninsular Malaysia, abandoned projects in Sabah are actually very minimal.
By becoming members of Shareda, Wong said foreign developers would gain access to vital information on local procedures such as development plan applications, zoning and land conversion processes.
To further support developers, Shareda continues to hold dialogues with local authorities to advocate for clearer policy guidelines.
On the efforts to revive abandoned projects in Sabah, Wong said the situation is complex, with many internal factors at play.
