Craig Robert Boyd, 38, was sentenced at York Crown Court last Friday (September 26) after pleading guilty to four offences committed on July 14 this year. These were breaching a Criminal Behaviour Order, assaulting an emergency worker, being drunk and disorderly, and a section 4 public order. At 7pm, a third report was made about a man spitting at cars and acting in a “menacing” way toward a woman’s young daughter. This is where a fifth report was made at 7.06pm by a woman who was subjected to swearing and threatening behaviour. Boyd was arrested for being drunk and disorderly.
