The rebrand, which comes ahead of the company’s 20th year, follows the recent high-profile sale of the Port of Nigg, which Mr MacGregor had been involved with for 14 years, and fabrication and scaffold/access businesses Global Energy (Fabrication) and Global Energy Services.
