A Kansas City man pleaded guilty in federal court to participating in a drug trafficking conspiracy involving methamphetamine and fentanyl. On Sept. 12, 2023, Kansas City police officers stopped a vehicle on East 63rd Street. A co-conspirator, identified as a supplier for the group, was found with 9.8 pounds of methamphetamine, 4.45 pounds of marijuana, and $14,382 in cash. Under federal law, Kelley faces a minimum of 10 years and up to life in prison without parole.
