A one vehicle accident last Friday in Fayette County has led to an arrest. According to the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office, the incident happened around 7:45 Friday night, as dispatch received a call of a vehicle in the ditch at K Ave/35th Street near Stanley. The original accident occurred at approximately 5:30 that evening, but had not been reported until a passerby located the vehicle at 7:43PM. The Fayette County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Stanley Fire Department and Birchard Fab and Repair. Squire was taken to an area hospital by family and sustained only minor injuries from this accident.
