Manchester voters will have the only contested Mayoral race in the county, with incumbent Connie Behnken facing Joe Dittrick. Incumbent Mary Ann Poyner will face Curt Meiner in the 2nd Ward Council election. In Greeley, David Kruse is running for Mayor with Kimberly Goranson and Michael Schmitz listed for the 3 open council positions. In Ryan, Mike Corcoran is running for Mayor, with Lorraine Gaffney and Matt Marbach running for the 2 open council positions. According to Delaware County Auditor Carla Becker, the ballot has not yet been finalized, as other counties need to submit candidates/questions to the Delaware County ballot as well.
