Titled Order Up!, the release is a collaborative project between payment platform Square and publisher Penguin Random House, and aims to raise funds for Hospitality Action, a charity that supports workers in the industry. The book also includes recipes from street food vendors such as World Famous Gordos and Little Bao Boy. From the East, the lineup includes Tom’s Pasta, World Famous Gordos, Back to Ours, Earl’s and Little Bao Boy. Food DeskOrder Up!will be available in participating restaurants across London and online from November 2025.
