A man fled on foot after causing a four-car crash that sent two people to the hospital in Sayre, according to WETM. Police later arrested 24-year-old Noah Tappan-Bright on multiple charges, including felonies for leaving the scene without a license. The crash happened Sept. 5 at a busy intersection. Witnesses say Tappan-Bright sped through a stop sign. Officers later found his car reeking of marijuana and learned he had no valid license in either New York or Pennsylvania.
