The 2025 Stride Youth Leadership Conference, hosted by Professional Dairy Producers (PDP), aims to inspire high school students by showcasing career paths in agriculture while strengthening their leadership and communication skills. “Attending Stride is a great way for students to build leadership skills and learn about career options in agriculture and food production, including careers as producers, scientists, engineers, communicators, technicians and much more. There are truly opportunities for everyone.”Michael Hoffman, founder and owner of Igniting Performance, Inc., will lead the leadership development sessions. Hoffman workshops will focus on building confidence, strengthening public speaking skills, and developing a presence that communicates clarity and influence.
