In December of 2024, staff with the City of Sheridan worked with adjacent property owner Sheridan Heights Ranch, LLC to adjust the boundary line of the Kendrick Municipal Golf Course to match the existing fence line. To remedy the situation, two applications were brought before the City Council in the form of ordinances; one to deannex 3.64 acres of property and another to annex 4.15 acres of property. City Planner Kelly SchroederThe City Council has approved both of the ordinances two times and must approve them one more time before the annexation and deannexation goes into effect. Third and final reading of the ordinances is expected to be considered by the Council at their October 6 business meeting.
