With the recent growth of the Sheridan College rodeo team, the Agripark land area has suddenly become full and is running out of space, but not for long. At this past Tuesday’s College Board of Trustees meeting (September 16th), the board approved a purchase of 47 acres of land adjacent to the current Agripark location. For $2.1 million, the Agripark property will expand 36 acres to the west and 11 acres to the east. It’s not dedicated to the rodeo team. Sheridan College is scheduled to host the Pat Hamilton Memorial Rodeo at the Sheridan County Fairgrounds next week Friday thru Sunday, September 26th through the 28th.
