Ipswich County Library will see a raft of changes including a new children's library, more public toilets and makers spaces found throughout the building. The reference library will move into the main section of the building, with a young person makers space also being built on the ground floor. The office upstairs will be transformed into a community makers space, with more seating added for library users. The approval of the application comes just over three months since Suffolk's libraries service was brought under the management of Suffolk County Council.
