Gringos Nacho Factory has opened in Tower Street Food Hall in Ipswich, joining a range of vendors in Trafalgar House. Gringos Nacho Factory is a pop-up and mobile catering service specialising in loaded nachos, burritos and tacos. The Norwich-based company is the UK's first nacho-inspired mobile catering company and has been hireable for a number of events including parties and weddings since its inception. It takes over one of the units in the food hall, which also hosts The Bucket List, Daruma, Slap and Pickle, Titu's Kitchen and Sabor Do Brazil. Gringos Nacho Factory is open on select dates over the next month, with it next being open on Friday, September 26.
