Ranelagh Road's McDonald's has been redesigned which includes changes to the front counter, kitchen and an entrance for couriers. The revamp which the fast food chain dubs as the 'Convenience of the Future', aims to bring a contemporary feel to the restaurant. As part of the revamp, the front counter has been removed(Image: McDonald's)McDonald’s franchisee, Carol Rogerson, who owns and operates 22 McDonald’s restaurants in Norfolk and Suffolk, including the Ranelagh Road store, was delighted to re-open the site. She said: "I’m proud to reinvest in our Ipswich Ranelagh Road restaurant, and I’m excited for our customers to enjoy it. For staff, improved break spaces have been added to create a more relaxed and comfortable space for crew to take breaks.
