Jack Fitzpatrick admitted charges of assault and threatening or abusive behaviour at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court. The 24-year-old admitted assaulting a woman after seizing her by the head and hair and repeatedly punching her on the head during the incident on April 9, 2025. Court papers state he then seized her by the body and dragged her to her injury. He also caused fear and alarm during the incident, acting in an aggressive manner as well as shouting and swearing. Sheriff Nicola Patrick continued bail, with Fitzpatrick due to return to court at a later date.
