When it was time to fit a Cat 320E excavator with a new engine the company turned to Finning for a solution that would minimise downtime and lessen the impact on the business. The Cat 320E excavator’s C6.6 ACERTTM engine had run approximately 15,000 service metre units and Finning recommended a remanufactured engine to pro-long the machine’s lifespan and minimise downtime. Finning UK & Ireland sales representative Holly Hayward says: “In this case we felt a reman engine would not only prolong the life of the customer’s much-loved machine but minimise downtime to its business.
