The proposal is to build four homes on land between 1 to 3 Laburnum Avenue and 159 Woodlands Road, St Helens. The current access road, which runs between 161 and 163 Woodlands Road, will be retained and improved. The proposed plan, however, has not been met with universal approval. A neighbouring resident has lodged an objection, citing concerns over the design of the proposed buildings, privacy, and the potential impact on local trees. They also raised concerns about a reduction in privacy due to the proximity of the new homes to their property.
