A MAN with a bail address in North Yorkshire has been fined after admitting breaking bail conditions immediately after were imposed yesterday (Monday). Sai Vishal Varma Saraswathi appeared from custody at Lerwick Sheriff Court on Tuesday. He confirmed a bail address of Garnet Street in Middlesborough. He told Saraswathi that breaching bail conditions was a serious matter but added that, on this occasion, he accepted that it had been a “genuine error”. He fined him £100 plus £10 victim surcharge and reminded him that the original bail conditions remained in place.
