Traffic was backed up along West Bay road towards Bridport from the roundabout by the West Bay play area whilst the emergency services respondedA spokesperson for Dorset Police said: "We received a report at 2.57pm on Sunday, September 21 of a collision involving a car and a motorcyclist on West Bay Road in Bridport. "Officers attended alongside the ambulance service. The motorcyclist was taken to hospital with injuries not believed to be serious."
