The driver’s name was redacted from the document, but authorities identified the front seat passenger as Avery.
The probable cause states the driver’s license was valid, but Avery’s license had expired, and she was on probation for possession of a controlled substance.
A search of the vehicle was consented to, and two blue pills identified as alprazolam and one orange pill identified as clonazepam were found in the passenger seat.
“After locating these pills, I continued my search of the vehicle and observed that the cup holders in the center console appeared to be tampered with,” the document stated.
Avery faces one count of delivering a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid, and one count of possession of a controlled substance.
