According to the latest figures from the Office for National Statistics and the Land Registry for March 2025, there is a difference of £217,250 between median house prices at both ends of the scale. At the cheapest end is Oldham Town South, which has a median house price of £123,000, closely followed by Busk at £127,000 and Oldham Town North at £130,000. Compared to last year’s figures, Oldham Town South and North have both risen in price significantly since March 2024, when they were £103,000 and £108,000 respectively. However, Busk has decreased in median price compared to last year, when it had a median price of £135,000. Figures for March 2024 also show significant changes in median house prices for these more expensive areas as well.
