Sydney’s Brighton-Le-Sands welcomes its first MGallery Collection hotel this week following a multi-million-dollar transformation of Novotel Sydney Brighton Beach. The resort will include an additional four restaurants, plus wellness offerings such as The Blow Bar and Sol tanning. The hotel is expected to be popular with both leisure and corporate travellers as well as for conferences and events bookings.
