This agreement, which seeks to consolidate a political and strategic alliance, includes the creation of a high-level intergovernmental commission to coordinate and implement its resolutions. In addition, the treaty addresses the joint fight against terrorism, drug trafficking and money laundering, strengthening cooperation on global security issues. This pact seeks to formalize and structure these commitments, establishing a legal framework that guarantees long-term cooperation in strategic areas, promoting the economic development and stability of both nations.
