CANONSBURG – In Canonsburg over the last couple of days, it’s been here a quack, there a quack, everywhere a quack-quack. The reason is an invasion of tiny rubber ducks that happened sometime Sunday night or Monday morning. They took over Pike Street from the borough’s offices up to Jefferson Avenue. Hundreds of the ducks could be found outside businesses on the street, and though their number had been a bit reduced by Tuesday morning, they were still the talk of Canonsburg. When she arrived at Country Paws Grooming on Monday morning, the ducks were “all over the place,” according to Angela Ambriz, a groomer.
