LINGLEVILLE – The Zephyr Lady Bulldogs captured the Lingleville volleyball tournament championship Saturday, defeating Ranger, 25-18, 25-17, and then Oglesby, 25-15, 25-14. On Thursday, the Lady Bulldogs advanced to championship bracket with wins over Three Way and Dublin after a loss to host Lingleville, which fell to Oglesby in Saturday’s other semifinal match. Zephyr (10-8) is off until Sept. 23 when it hosts Gorman.
