Charles Burt Hardaway entered an agreed plea of guilty to the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated and was sentenced to 25 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Lorena Arriaga Navejar entered an agreed plea of guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver-Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 20 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
