Fred Allen Billings, 65, of Abilene, passed away September 14, 2025. Born on April 17, 1960, in Albuquerque, N.M., Fred was a military child who had the unique experience of moving often with his parents, living in various locations. Fred was known for his deep faith and devotion to daily Bible reading, which made him well-versed in the word of God. Fred is survived by his sister, Brenda Howell (Ron) of Abilene; his brother, Nathan Billings (Nan) of Bangs; and several nieces and nephews who held a special place in his heart. He was preceded in death by his parents, Verlan and Dorothy Billings; and his brother, Charles Billings.
