Jakub Dobes made 16 saves to post the shutout for the Canadiens, who went 3-for-10 on the power play. The Senators, who took 102 minutes in penalties, went 0-for-2 with the man advantage. Leevi Merilainen stopped 18 of the 23 shots directed at the Senators’ net.
