The Antigua and Barbuda Medicinal Cannabis Authority has officially opened its doors at Jasmine Court on Friars Hill Road. The development had been delayed by the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. ABS’s Leon Norville sat down with C-E-O of the Authority Algernon Roberts and tells us how you can submit an application for a license to operate a business under the Authority.
