Recently, Misai Silva, a Facebook user, posted about her frustrating experience at a hospital in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental. The patient, a mother of three and eight weeks pregnant, explained that she was in a high-risk condition. The woman also recalled how another pregnant patient, bleeding and in pain, was scolded by staff for not providing a complete address. Her concern escalated further when she tried to leave the hospital to pick up her young children from school.
