A Nottingham City Council spokesperson said: “The Chayah Project was informed of the need to move back in February 2025. “To support the charity with this transition, we granted extensions beyond the original notice period, provided staffed removal lorries, and arranged further access for collections. We remain committed to supporting The Chayah Project where we can, by sharing information on suitable options as they continue their important work in the community.”
