More infoThe daughter of a man who drowned in the River Nene earlier this year has described the removal of life-saving equipment at the site as "pathetic".
His daughter, Ellie Mai McNutt, was only 12 at the time.
The equipment, which was installed at the side of the River Nene, near Henry Penn Walk, has now been targeted by supposed vandals three times.
The loss of the equipment was first noticed by the McNutt family on Thursday, September 25.
Ellie Mai McNutt, who is now 13, commented: "I can’t believe what has happened to the life buoys.
