Crouch Street, in Colchester, was cordoned off by the police at both ends yesterday evening due to an incident. After getting everyone out of the building, a teenage girl was transported to hospital. An East of England Ambulance spokesperson said: "We dispatched an ambulance and two ambulance officer vehicles to the abandoned Odeon cinema on Crouch Street along with police and fire, due to reports of people inside the building. "A teenage girl was transported to Colchester Hospital with minor injuries." The fire service, Essex Police, and ambulance service all attended the scene and there were no crimes reported or recorded.
