Graeme Turner: This book came out of work I did a couple of years earlier for my book, The Shrinking Nation.
GT: I think that’s actually totally unrealistic.
And I think if that doesn’t change, then I think things will only get worse.
At this point, I don’t think the government will do much unless there’s more pressure upon them.
